This group made frequent comments about ageing as a positive experience that brought wisdom, self-acceptance and self-assurance. More emphasis was placed on ageing and relationships such as family and friends being a priority. This group commented on ageing being mostly in the mind, although significant references were made to negative physical changes. Comments overall reflected a sense of this group valuing ageing as a positive social growth process.
