Making a Donation

Abbeyfield needs your support. We are a non-profit organisation, and while we have had support from Federal and State governments in the past, it is clear that such support will not always be available.

You can make a donation directly to your nearest local society, where it will contribute to the construction of an Abbeyfield house (or to the day-to-day living of the residents if a house is already established). If you would prefer, you can send your contribution directly to the national body, which provides essential services and supports to all local societies. These include legal advice, provision of insurance cover for homes and volunteers, and co-ordination of new developments. All donations to Abbeyfield of $2 or more are tax-deductible.

When donating to Abbeyfield you can be sure that you are making a direct contribution to providing a safe, secure and happy home for lonely, isolated older people.
