The State Wide Equipment Program - Victoria
The Victorian Aids and Equipment Program (A&EP) has been replaced by SWEP, the State Wide Equipment Program. The Program is now administered by Ballarat Health Services, http://swep.bhs.org.au or got to our February 2011 newsletter to read more. If you have used the Aids and Equipment Program in the past, your records will be transferred to SWEP. On the SWEP website you can download an application form and find out more about applying for a subsidy for your wig purchase.
