This music is dedicated to the Japanese Ama women free divers, whose Isobue (Sea whistle) embodies the rituals and sustainable fishing practices they have maintained for hundreds of years, caring for the deep sea environment, the sea creatures, and not over fishing. Their voices and stories can be heard in "Waiting for the tide". Their life breath, in the sound of the isobue, is a talismen for us all to consider how we tune our relationships with the environment
