At our birth on 11 September 1999, humanity never imagined that two years later Terror would dominate the world, yet World Peace is possible! And this is how!
Imagine you are right now with 100,000 people in your own city just as it is happening right around the world, all united as one!
You and I are representing people from our corner of the world and over the last couple of months we have joined World Peace 2000 Angels and we have been organising ourselves as part of a group of 21 World Peace 2000 Angels; in suburbs and cities around the world and now here we are... 100,000 of us right here in Melbourne Australia at the Closing ceremony of our National Peace Conference.
World Peace 2000 (Australia) - National Peace Conference.In the big screen we can see people from other places right around the world; Chile, Mexico, Tahiti, England, Italy, USA, China, Tibet, Palestine, Israel, Brazil, Canada, Nepal, Pakistan, Indonesia, Philippines, etc., etc. they just like us, doing just the same.
They are also closing their own World Peace 2000 (Country Name) National Peace Conferences and we are all excited meeting via our Video Link in Peace for the benefit of Humanity and our Planet as we all close our World Peace 2000 (National Country) - Peace Conference.
However in Melbourne it is a bit different... half way into our National closing ceremony The President of World Peace 2000 (Australia) will hand over the ceremony to The President of World Peace 2000 International who will declare open the Hosting of our First International Peace Conference by inviting the delegate of all Nations, to come and share with the rest of the world their new Grass Roots Peace Solutions.
The Opening Ceremony starts with the ........ joining of the... Sacred Fires ... and then is sent away by a ....!

The actual conference starts in seven days, allowing extra time for all our international delegates coming from countries around the world to bring and present their Country's Grass Roots Peace Solutions and giving them extra time to be part of their National Peace Conference Closing Ceremonies to take place.
People around the world are right now witnessing their own National Peace Conferences and our "Gathering of All Nations"opening event is announcing that in seven days our World Peace 2000 International Peace Conference is been hosted in Melbourne Australia, so we are openly inviting World Peace 2000 Angels and International delegates to come in Peace.

So here we are seating on the edge of our seats, overwhelmed with Australian Joy, Harmony and in Peace as we hear the beginning of the National Peace Closing Ceremony Music, we are thanking the people of the world who are present with us and those in the video link up for their messages of love and Peace... for praying for the safety of all passengers and delegates that are about to Travel to our Country after their Closing ceremonies end.
Now that "Gathering of All Nations" opening ceremony is in full swing we we hear the music and as we read or remember the words we automatically also start singing "We are one, we are so many and from .... all the lands we come ... we speak with one voice... we are, we are Australians!"
No you and I are not... Just Imagining it... it is becoming a living Reality!
The same God reality that for me inspired me to start World Peace 2000 back on 11 September 1999 and now in 2003, World Peace 2000 has World Peace 2000 Angels in many countries. People just like you who are forming World Peace 2000 Angel branches around the world.
Once a year, just as we have imagined we will be Gathering in a Culture of Peace and Non Violence... without politics, religions or nationality differences - the end of all enemies since all of us are getting together to exchange... Grass Roots Peace Solutions - practical ways anyone can apply to our lives, in our homes, in our families, suburbs and cities or countries around the world.
Anyone wishing to improve their lives is now joining us to participate in our World Peace 2000 Angels branches and National Peace Conferences that every country will have an opportunity to host, creating work and opportunities for business to flourish, so we can reduce poverty and educate people in New Peaceways.

Through our World peace 2000 Angels memberships and eventually via our World Peace 2000 University we are now creating places were people can learn about themselves becoming better people and how they can apply new Grass Roots Peace Solutions created by World Peace 2000 Angels in countries around the world.
Yet here and now we are preparing for our First National Peace Conference so we can celebrate our new Grass Roots Peace Solutions and our national agreements to bring further peaceways to all nations in the world!
We do not judge, we support to make redemption rather than punish for the way we were, so in that way we learn to create joy instead of pain, we learn how we can let go of past sufferings, we look for ways to improve inwardly so we have no fear as we replace it with love towards ourselves and others.
We have and are learning how we can truly honor and how we can serve our local and global communities, as we learn to live by the principles as set in the "United Nations - Universal Declaration of Human Rights."
We aim to create and maintain ever lasting happiness - joy and inner peace for everyone! For all of these... You and I, feel loved and wanted and part of a universal village environment and receiving support from every corner of the world...

So it is up to you, all I can do is ask you to think and act from your heart in order to stop wars, hunger, abuse, poverty crime, drug addictions. So I request for you to join World Peace 2000 International and follow God's Divine plan as it is been given to me until we automatically learn to be who we really are, beautiful loving, Spiritual Sons and Daughters of the same Heavenly Father the one and only creator of all that we imagine, think and exists!
Personally, I looked for God's existence from around 7 years old and finally gave up in my teens. My religious activities over the last few years prior to starting World Peace 2000, mostly concentrated into funerals or weddings, since my own human dramas made me feel lost and alone!
However in the back of my mind my many unexplainable cures and accidents others would surely have died from, made me always wonder about God's existence, knowing I had something big to do yet I had no idea what was about.
My inquiring mind had made look and investigate religious ways, spiritual activities and Natural Healing yet as I woke up at 7 am on 11 September 1999, my personal God experience removed all my doubts!
The unique and direct spiritual experience I had with GOD and that inspired me to Co-create World Peace 2000 (Peace for 2000 Years) has changed the way I live and I used to be.
People now tell me that I look calmer and happier, yet all know is... Now I am consciously living, taking me and my life away from most of the human drama I was used to live in and that most people still live in. All This spiritual work is making me more responsible for my actions, a better human, a better listener, a better father and definitely a better man.
So yes! I am no longer suffering the way most people suffer, I am happier, maintaining my inner peace for the benefit and wellbeing of all our generations and our planet so I invite you to join us. Come and learn from the teams of wonderful people who around the world are changing their lives and the life of their families for the better.

5. UNESCO Manifesto 2000 (program ends on 2010).
28 November 1999. Richard receives a further invitation, this time to join the UNESCO peace initiative.
World Peace 2000 International is further recognised as NGO / Association Actor by UNESCO MANIFESTO 2000 and Richard A Fletcher becomes a Messenger for a Culture of Peace and Non Violence 2000 ending in 2010.

15 December 1999. School children representing 'One Day in Peace Foundation' approached every US Congress Representative to pass especial legislation. US Congress unanimously passed Legislation S138 adopting the 'One Day in Peace' initiative, declaring 1 January a perpetual National Holiday commencing 1 January 2000.
A total of 50 National Governments and 140 countries join the World Peace 2000 / One day in Peace initiative.
World peace 2000 events in Australia were joined by some 80,000 people in Western Australia, South Australia, Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria donating the 'World peace 2000 Monument' as part of the City of Stonnington celebrations. Symbolically joining Australia in Peace with all continents of the world.
7. Life Foundation World Peace Flame
The Life Foundation World Peace Flame was formed by the sacred flames of indigenous people, Peace Leaders in 5 continents including Aboriginal Elder, Pearl Wymerra, Nelson Mandela, Dalai Lama and Royalty.
Ironically all the flames were transported by war planes and finally as The World Peace Flame Ms. Kate Van der Vort brought it to Melbourne in Australia to light the World Peace 2000 Monument at City of Stonnington.

We must make political positions transparent and remove government or political protections that allow politicians immunity from prosecution, as they serve their own businesses, private agendas and or that of their friends.
We must demand individuals who chose to serve as politicians to honor all their election promises and to truly represent the whole of the people otherwise be faced by legislation that can prosecute them when acting illegally thus avoiding only working to benefit just a section of their community or the particular political party they represent.
Working together, practicing Grass Roots Peace Solutions we will encourage human rights for all individuals. Ensuring everyone in the planet has appropriate work, freedom, clean food, shelter, clean water and education.
11. People Before Guns and War!
We must put people before guns - ammunition and war. We must stop anyone from introducing Fear, Crime, Control of others into our world society, thus we must respect and truly care for the ecology of our planet!
As we raise and educate our families we provide good employment, good living conditions, opportunities without abuse, violence or discrimination. In these ways, we will all live life without hunger, crime, fears or war. It is up to each one of us, the people of the world, to take personal and spiritual responsibility. We must stop our human madness, regardless of personal religious or political beliefs we must act to create it.
Therefore we must demand that our tax moneys are used to provide for these services instead of providing budgets that will increase terror in our human lives!

Richard started World Peace 2000 International recognising that Australia's social structure is permitting people from; all nationalities, cultures, religious practices and backgrounds of the world to work and live in harmony with each other in a unique World Peace Model.
Based on our Australian charitable attitude and the kindness most Australians live by. Richard believes the best act of kindness we Australian can provide, is to share our unique Australian model, so instead of providing a fish for dinner we will teach people how to fish so they feed themselves for eternity.
Australia in sharing our rich Multicultural, Multi National, Multi Religious way of life, with people around the world will further enrich ourselves, as we provide our economic systems with those less privilege around the world. Bringing further reasons to feel happy about ourselves.

Gathering of All Nations annual event announces the beginning of the World Peace 2000 Angels International Peace Conference held in the bid winning host country. This opening event symbolically ends the people's of the world differences by joining all Nationalities, Cultures and Religious in the world as one.
The Oneness union taking place as each National World Peace 2000 Angel Team hands over their Country's Symbolic Sacred Tablet listing at least three New Grass Roots Peace Solutions that have alleviated suffering, increased quality of life and or could benefit their own community or humanhood (brothers and sisters in harmony with nature).
All countries where World Peace 2000 (country national name) exists with a financial membership larger than 2,000 World Peace 2000 Angels will be allow to bid to host an annual Gathering of All Nations event.
Help us organise and promote an annual World Peace 2000 'National - Conferences' in every country around the world and for it to rotate annually around every major city in all World Peace 2000 participating countries.
Media Broadcast rights for all National and International events will always remain the intellectual property of World Peace 2000 International's Founder and it is up to him or his official representative to whom it does allow to transmit it, store it or copy its material. Therefore all royalties including National and/or International licences granted for any event print media or any media links or simulcast around the world will always remain his property and be paid directly to the Founder's account to allow supply of funding for projects of his choosing anywhere in the world.
Originally we planned our first Gathering of All Nations in Australia to take place in December 2003. Due to fear associated with the NY attack and the Bali attack, World Peace 2000 International was unable to raise the seeding sponsorship funding required for our international event
Yet against all financial odds we did not stop promoting and from the two affiliations that we started affiliation with in 1999, we have now grown in 2003 to an excess of 40 international peace organisations, a truly remarkable achievement.
In addition following the launching of our 'World Peace 2000 Angels in Australia we have again expanded and now our international network representation extends to the following regions and countries:
