The book library is a collection of purchased literature and books donated to the Guild (mostly by the members). Where known, donors are acknowledged in each book. Click on Books to access the list of books. Videotapes and DVDs NOT produced in the Guild’s studio are listed in the book library.
The videotape library is a collection of
taped weekly demonstrations given by members and external specialists over a
period of 15 years. Vision and sound are
recorded in the Guild's purpose designed woodturning studio.
Click on Video to access the list of
videotapes. The DVD library is a
collection of recorded weekly demonstrations given by members and external
specialists over the last 5 years.
Click
on DVD to access the list of DVDs.
Most meetings have a show and tell segment where members display their work and discuss the creation of their article. This is also recorded on the videotapes and DVDs.
