OUr AGM will be held on Sunday May 24th at Bayside Aquatic Centre, Mentone Grammar. Starting time 10:30am. Our District Championships trophies will also be presented at the meeting Each club within the District must be represented at the AGM.
Our portable timing system is available for clubs to borrow for swim meets. Clubs that have bookings are Otters (October) and Klim Swim (August). Dates will be posted here. Please email any requests
This event was held today at MSAC and ran quite smoothly except for a problem with the scoreboard in the afternoon. A big thanks to everyone who helped out. Our referees Ian Hook, Jack Cumper, Max McMaster, Janice and Judith Smith with mum Margaret in Marshalling. Thanks to Colin Bresnahan for running the timing backup system, Martine Parsons who helped in and around the office handing out medals and anything else that came along and me who ran Meet Manager and handled any queries. Jess Hardy and Molly Radford who also helped out in Marshalling and Check Marshall during the day. Also all the parents who volunteered their services for timekeeping and Marshalling. Without volunteers, we cannot run a swim meet let alone a Qualifying Meet - Thanks to everyone. I'd also like to thank and congratulate all of our District swimmers and those that participated from outside the District and even interstate.
