I am a writer who lives for several months each year in a remote area of Victoria, Australia at Mallacoota. At other times I live in Sydney or Hobart, Australia, also on the eastern seaboard.
My interests include web browsing, reading news online and online learning. I use a Macintosh computer (Powerbook 3400c) and I belong to a number of mailing lists which keep me up-to date on the topics I am interested in.
My web page is a safe place for my writings and the interesting places I have found online.

Note: Bumbalong Road is a gravel road off the highway between Canberra, A.C.T. and Cooma, N.S.W. on the Monaro High Plains. I pass it when I travel between Mallacoota and Canberra and think it makes a good name for the road to my place on the web
