Glaucoma Support Group: Melbourne, Australia logo

The Sneak Thief of Sight Pages

Dr J.L. Rait was the Director of the Glaucoma Unit at RVEEH when the group was formed. The new director of the GIRU clinic from October 2006 is Dr Jonathan Crowston MBBS, PhD, FRCOphth, FRANZCO.

The aim is to provide education, information and mutual support for Glaucoma patients, their families and friends. Please note that individual members of the group can not offer medical advice or opinion specific to your condition.

Glaucoma advice should come from a qualified ophthalmologist who knows the complete details of your medical history and has examined your eyes. You should always consult a qualified health professional prior to any decision regarding your eyes or other health concerns.
