Oh my, good luck to you. You certainly have it all thought out, but honestly, I always look at worst case too! DH just shakes his head at me, but at least I know I have it all thought out (yeah, right, ALL thought out!), and am prepared, whatever the situation I face. I too, no matter how callous it sounds, would have to choose my life over my unborn child's, because as you said, I have a family who greatly depends on me being there for them. I was prepared to do a tl if I had to do a c-section, but of course with HELLP, they weren't cutting anything that didn't have to be cut!
As you said, put it in His hands, and you have my thoughts and prayers.
