Scouting Page Scouting groups are advised that Brucknell Park has modern up to date facilities, including good quality indoor accomodation, set in a good bush land atmosphere. In addition to normal Scout Camping, we regularly host the Stradbroke Cup and the Cohen Shield. We are also used for Scouting Training etc. Bush Camp Sites In our bush are a number of clearings ideal for Patrol or Troop camps, these are generally only available for scouting purposes, however they can be used for school camp, eg Duke of Ed camping. Cub Scout Pack Holidays (or Joey Scout Sleepovers) Pack Holidays can be held indoors or as Camping Under Canvas on lawns immediately north of the Neville Dance Training Centre or in the camping area which has a limited number of powered sites. Both camping under canvas locations are very convenient to the campfire circle. Camping Under Canvas Sheryl is D.L.C.S. for South Western District Scout Association and qualified for camping under canvas which may helpful to leaders wishing to hold pack holidays or sleep-overs. Jungle Books etc. Both Jungle Books, plus listing of Jungle Names are available online. The Cub Jungle incorporates hand made sculptures of some of the Jungle Book characters.
