Meetings

Meetings are held every 1st and 3rd Mondays also on a Wednesday night, giving all members and Friends the opportunity to attend and catch up with friends and aquaintances.

The 1st Monday meeting features the opportunity to discuss Association business, hear about future plans, meet friends, use the library, be inspired by the work of the Speaker
and other members. Tables at the meetings allow members to work through the meeting on their own projects if they so desire.

The hall opens at 10:00am for members to work on their own projects until the meeting commences at 11:15am. Bring your own lunch. Coffee and tea facilities are provided. The library opens at 10:15am.

A $4.00 donation helps us cover meeting expenses. For insurance purposes, we request all members and visitors sign the attendance book when entering the hall.

Library

The Library operates from 10.00am until 11.00am when the formal meeting begins and then open again during the lunch break.

Show and Tell Quilts

Each AQA meeting ends with a display of members' recently completed work.

Fabric Table

Often there is a fabric table at meetings where members deposit their unwanted scraps and others pick them up to use in gift quilts or in their own projects
