SERVICE PROVISION

AHAG provides the following services:

- Confidential housing advice

- Referral to appropriate housing services

- Assistance in obtaining priority public housing

- Access to medium term transitional housing

- Housing advocacy and support

- Access to housing related financial assistance

- Outreach appointments where appropriate

AHAG upholds the following principles in its service activities:

- Independence

- Equity of access and opportunity

- Maximising the amount of choice, control and participation available to PLWHA in Victoria.

- Upholding the rights of tenants, consumers, staff and volunteers.

REFERRAL PROCESS

AHAG accepts referrals from both individuals and human service workers.
